I’ve been doing sports on and off all my life. I did athletics, karate, kayaking in elementary school. I played basketball in elementary and high school and throughout university. After university, I stopped playing basketball, and I stopped doing sports regularly. In the last 3-4 years, I took up yoga, pilates, running, and all sorts of exercises that I can do at home.
What I’ve decided to do is to make phisycal exercise a habit, a part of my daily routine.
Yesterday I completed DAY#1 of Lisa-Marie’s HIIT workout, and I can’t wait to do DAY#2 today 😀
